It allow to manege  planings, (trainers, studient, courses..), courses room,   all the steps of a course (training library, query, reports, statistics, costs, financial analysis, billing...).

With the larges possibilities for customise some table of the database , and with a special structure module for define the company structure, it is easy to adapt the software to every company, since the smallest to the multi-nationales training center.

CentreRH is able to snap directly on CarrieresRH database or with a stand alone database.

PLANNING

Plannings ( sessions, rooms, trainers) offer you an  quick vue of all the tasks, courses, absences, vacation) .

a double-clic on the planning open the decriptioce session.
You create the session directly on the planning. the software verify the mistakes (capacity of the training rom affected, trainer's compentencies, disponibility of the trainers, the room...

The software allow you an assistant for define the longs sessions.

The planning sould be export to Microsoft Outlook 2000 with lot's of customisation.

The software allow you lots of standard reports. you can create new reports; modify the existants reports directly with microsoft Access 2000.

All the report sould be export to Microsoft Excel, Word,or Outlook 2000. You can sent e-mail to the trainer directly from the software.

ASSISTANT

Every day, an sassistant gice you all the tasks you have to do (Reports, biling, ). Yous can cusotmize the alerts for this assistant.

TRAINING LIBRARY

Each kind of course is stored and classified in the database. You can store all the necessary informations you need -(duree,    usual trainer, number of day and hours, number maxi and mini of studient , ususal time, obectives, needing ...).

Software is abble to manage the course composed with some modules.

The prices are associated to each sort of course. You can defined as kind of prices you want.

The software assit you to manage all the sotep of a session from his creation to the biling, with reservation (for studient or customer...), reports, ab sences...

A important number of standard statistics are integred to the software. You can, define other directly with Microsoft Access 2000.
